Piston Valve
Leak-Proof Isolation. Built for High-Temperature, High-Pressure Service.
The Claval Piston Valve is a full-port forged steel isolation valve engineered for demanding process conditions in oil and gas facilities. Its burnished piston mechanism combined with metal-reinforced graphite ring seals delivers consistently leak-proof shut-off — even at elevated temperatures where conventional valve designs fall short. Simple in construction, long in service life.
Benefits:
- Burnished piston and metal-reinforced graphite seals provide leak-proof shut-off across the full operating range
- Full-port design ensures unrestricted flow with minimal pressure drop
- All sealing components are replaceable in-line — eliminating the need for valve removal and reducing maintenance downtime
- Cavitation-resistant construction ensures long-term, reliable operation in steam and process fluid service
